Property features include: number needed, take link name, other information displayed in cell, substitution date formatting, how to take, how to untake, and variable values.

Form data can be shown in the signup cell relative to the member name.
Form data can be included in signup reports.
Control dates for showing the signup, when it happens, stopping signups and finishing/removing the signup.
Dates can be defined relative to each other with one real date, allowing the repeative activation of a template to be much simpler.
Dates include times allowing very detailed control of signups. A signup can be activated, signed up and finished in hours.
A template with a single real date defined (all others relative) can be activated repeatedly using a schedule.
A schedule can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly day, monthly by weekday occurrance and single date ad-hoc.
Multiple schedules can be defined.
A group can define variables that represent a member's value; such as hours worked.
Variable increment values can be assigned in a signup for each cell.
Variables are assigned to the member after the stop on the set variable date, the allows the signup to be updated after the event.
Variable values are listed in group admin grid for each member.
A variety of messages can be sent for different stages of a signup all defined by you.
A single set of messages is defined across all signups, each signup defines how a message will be used.
Messages can be sent for: Showing signups (giving links to the signups), take confirmation, untaken reminder (to members not signed up), taken reminder (to each signed up member), ad-hoc message, signup stop and signup stop to takers (Thank you).
Messages may include a listing of cells taken by the member being sent to, and a list of slots not taken yet.
Messages can take advantage of descriptors to supply, row/column names along with other row/colunn information such as a job description or times.
A team is a set of members from any group defined by the adminstrator.
A signup row/column/cell can be restricted to a team or made unavailable to a team.

A descriptor is a named value that has 5 assocatied values.
A descriptor can be used as a table/row/column/cell value name.
Each descriptor is created using an HTML WYSIWYG Editor where you can put your own HTML.
Anywhere the descriptor is used, any descriptor sub value can be chosen. For example, descriptor one is the row name, two is the tooltip, and three is a job description for the row included in reminder messages.
